Delicious Vegan Cannabis Chia Seed Pudding


Who doesn’t love a delicious breakfast? This dish will make you think you are having desert, but it’s also infused with cannabis. It also provides energy with low calories, making it a great way to start the day. It is vegan and can be made quickly, especially overnight. So you can prepare it early and be ready to eat the following day. 


1 cup canna milk (made with some non-dairy alternative)

1 cup unsweetened almonds, soy, or coconut milk

½ chia seeds

1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (to taste)

2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Fruit and other toppings (optional)



Combine the canna milk, unsweetened milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Put the mixture in a separate container or multiple containers if dividing it. Shake or stir, cover, and place in the refrigerator. You may stir the mixture every 1-2 hours, at least for the first few hours. The mixture is ready in 6 hours and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 6 days. If you are making this the night before, shake the container before going to bed. Then when you wake up, the pudding is ready to eat. Serve the chia seed pudding on its own or with added fruit or other toppings. Some ideas include berries, citrus fruits, pineapple, bananas, granola, olives, muesli, and coconut flakes.
